About the Associate Position and Pathway Forward:
The firm is seeking an experienced attorney who wants to build a long-term career in the Lakelands. This is a senior-level associate role working directly with the founder, who remains highly engaged in the practice and deeply invested in client service.
You can expect meaningful collaboration, regular communication, and close involvement in matters especially as you become familiar with the firm’s systems, preferences, and client relationships. You will receive consistent guidance and review, with increasing responsibility over time.
As trust builds, you will take on greater responsibility, independence, and autonomy, with room to run matters, shape solutions, and build the practice without micromanagement. The ultimate goal is for you to manage your cases, make decisions, and keep client matters moving forward, while the environment will remain collaborative, detail-focused, and structured.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Client representation and counseling,
• Client file management from intake through resolution,
• Drafting and analysis of legal documents,
• Probate court and administrative work,
