Collins & Lacy, P.C. is looking for a skilled Construction Defect Defense Attorney to join our team in Columbia.

What You’ll Do

Defend developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and design professionals in construction defect and related insurance defense matters.
Handle cases from start to finish – pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, trial prep, and trial.
Develop strategies, work directly with clients, and be part of a team that values trust and initiative.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed South Carolina attorney in good standing. North Carolina license is a plus.
3–5 years of construction defect, general liability, or insurance defense experience.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
