Practice Focus
Foreclosure matters

Homeowners and condominium association (HOA/COA) representation

Plaintiff-side collections and enforcement actions

Responsibilities
Handle foreclosure and collections matters on behalf of HOA and creditor clients

Represent clients in court appearances, including hearings and motions

Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement documentation

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Manage cases independently with appropriate supervision and support

Hiring criteria

Qualifications
Active Georgia Bar license, or graduation from an accredited law school with intent to sit for the Georgia Bar

Professional judgment and strong communication skills
