Job Title: Law Clerk

We are seeking a Law Clerk to join our team and support our attorneys in handling a variety of legal matters, with a primary focus on employment law. The Law Clerk will work closely with attorneys and paralegals and will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, and assisting in moving cases efficiently through the litigation process. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure timely case progression.

This position offers the potential for continued employment as an Associate Attorney upon successful admission to the South Carolina Bar.

Hiring criteria

Preferred candidates are law school graduates; however, third-year law students (3Ls) will also be considered.
