Practice Areas Include:
– Bankruptcy: motion practice, adversary proceedings, hearings, and claim enforcement.
– Foreclosure: residential and commercial foreclosures from initiation through judgment and sale.
– Collections: prosecution of collection actions, judgment enforcement, and related litigation.
– Landlord–Tenant: representation of landlords in both residential and commercial disputes.
Responsibilities:
– Independently manage a diverse caseload with direct client contact.
– Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and appear in state and federal courts.
– Provide strategic advice to clients on creditor rights issues and compliance considerations.
– Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:

– Licensed and in good standing to practice law in South Carolina (federal admissions preferred).

– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and effectively.
