Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate

Robinson Gray is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate to join our Columbia, S.C. firm. Applicants must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar Association.

We’re looking for an Associate who:
–Can handle all aspects of defending workers’ compensation claims for client,s including insurance companies, risk managers, employer representatives, third-party administrators and self-insured employers.
–Is proficient in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, appeals, mediations, subrogation, and settlement.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
–Knowledge of SC workers’ comp law
–Ability to spot legal issues in other areas
–Ability to manage caseload effectively
–Effective time management
–Demonstrate good judgment
–Excellent interpersonal skills
–Technologically adept
–Excellent organizational skills
