Duties include interfacing with clients, title review, legal document drafting, contract interpretation and negotiation, preparing settlement statements, balancing closing disclosures with lenders, and explaining lender documentation to clients. Organization, multi-tasking, customer service, and teamwork skills are critical to this position.
