Job Title: Litigation Associate

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our team handling property damage claims, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a collaborative environment with experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will handle all phases of litigation from initial case evaluation through trial, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and mediations, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, developing case strategies, and managing their caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines. Hiring criteria

We are seeking candidates who hold an active license to practice law in South Carolina and/or North Carolina. While 1-3 years of litigation experience is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates who demonstrate strong academic credentials and a passion for litigation. Experience in property damage claims, insurance defense, or related civil litigation areas is valued but not required. The ideal attorney will possess excellent communication abilities, a commitment to outstanding client service, and the versatility to work both independently and collaboratively within our dynamic team environment.
