Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated Associate to join the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Financial Services Team and in the Firm’s D.C., Baltimore, Charlotte, Cleveland, and Raleigh office. This position will involve working in an active and dynamic practice representing financial institutions and corporations in asset based commercial leasing and lending transactions, syndicated transactions, and general corporate contracting matters.
Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong organization and analytical skills.
• Academic coursework in corporations and secured transactions, bankruptcy or regulatory is strongly preferred.
• Third year law students will be considered with a start date after taking the summer bar exam.
Compensation:
• $205,000 – $210,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role.
• Actual compensation can vary and may be above or below the range based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives may be applicable. The salary range for other firm locations will align with market rates.
