BoltNagi PC, a well-established, multi-practice law firm in the U.S. Virgin Islands, is seeking a recent law school graduate to join our civil litigation practice as an Associate Attorney.
The successful candidate will assist with all phases of litigation, including legal research and writing, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, client communications, court appearances, and trial preparation. This position offers immediate hands-on experience in complex commercial, real estate, fiduciary, and civil matters, with direct mentorship from experienced trial counsel.

Minimum Qualifications (Baseline Requirements): J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; admission to the Virgin Islands Bar or willingness to sit for the next VI Bar Exam; strong academic performance (top third preferred or demonstrated excellence in writing-intensive courses); and demonstrated legal research and writing proficiency and excellent professional references
