Sniffen & Harmon, P.A., a respected Florida-based law firm, is seeking a driven and talented litigation attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases across Florida in state and federal courts, before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), and various state and federal agencies. Our practice includes labor and employment law, education law, and complex civil litigation—offering intellectually engaging work that truly makes a difference for our clients.

What You’ll Do
• Handle substantive litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and participate in hearings and trials
• Work directly with clients and develop strong advisory relationships
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys while maintaining meaningful autonomy
What We’re Looking For
• 2–7 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and proactively
• Interest in labor & employment law, education law, and/or civil litigation
• Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Willingness to travel as needed
