This position functions as an Assistant General Counsel for Healthcare Quality. Work under the supervision of the Chief Counsel for Healthcare Quality, providing legal advice and counsel to Healthcare Quality programs and agency management. Work closely with the program directors and staff engaged in regulatory activities, including Healthcare Facility Licensure, Medicare Certification, Emergency Medical Services, and Drug Control. Assist with the promulgation of regulations. Conduct complex legal research and draft legal opinions and memoranda.
