Searching for a recent graduate (1-3 years) of the law school who is licensed to practice in South Carolina. Position involves working with Georgia attorneys in ongoing civil litigation across the state in various State, not Federal, courts. The litigation involved is similar to personal injury. Position is not full-time but likely 10-20 hours per week and pays hourly, including travel expenses. This work would integrate well into a new solo practice in criminal defense, personal injury, family law, or similar. This part-time job is excellent experience for a new litigator.
