Job Title: Associate Attorney

Lyles & Associates, an established civil firm, is seeking an associate attorney. The firm’s offices in Sullivan’s Island, SC and Beaufort, SC but practices throughout the state. We offer excellent benefits, paid leave, a pleasant work environment, bonus/incentive structure, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation is commensurate with experience and is negotiable.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-3 years in civil litigation experience, with a focus on construction defect litigation. However, candidates with a willingness to learn who do not meet these preferences are also encouraged to apply. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are required as well as the proven ability to manage a complex caseload. Knowledge of Clio or other attorney billing applications a plus.
