Job Title: Attorney

We’re a small insurance defense litigation firm looking to add a new or early‑career attorney to our team. If you’re a recent law school graduate (or have a few years under your belt) and want real, hands‑on litigation experience this could be a great fit.

You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys and get involved in every stage of a case, from drafting pleadings to preparing for hearings and trials.

We believe in mentoring, learning by doing, and giving associates meaningful responsibility early on.

What you’ll be doing:

Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Researching legal issues and helping shape case strategy
Assisting with—and gradually taking on—depositions, hearings, and trials
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Managing deadlines and cases with guidance and support

What we’re looking for:

Licensed in SC, or expect to be licensed after the July 2026 bar exam
0–5 years of litigation experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Someone who’s curious, dependable, and eager to learn
