Job Title: Transactional/Banking Associate

Open to recent law school graduates, first-year attorneys, and associates with up to 5 years of experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable attorney to join our commercial real estate and banking practice. This opportunity is open to recent law school graduates, newly admitted attorneys, first-year associates, and attorneys with up to five years of experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a practice in sophisticated transactional work while receiving meaningful training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. We are looking for a candidate who is not only detail-oriented and organized, but also outgoing, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clients and other professionals.

Our practice is relationship-driven and fast-moving. The right candidate will enjoy working with people, communicating by phone and email, following up on open items, and helping move transactions efficiently toward closing. A strong interest in transactional practice is important; prior experience in every aspect of commercial real estate or lending is not required for a junior candidate.

Recent law school graduates and first-year attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply. We are willing to train the right candidate.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in South Carolina, eligible for admission, or awaiting bar results
• Recent law school graduate, first-year attorney, or attorney with up to 5 years of relevant experience
