Position Overview
The Paralegal will play a key role in managing civil litigation cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with litigation technology and court filing systems.
Requirements
Experience with civil litigation cases
Proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State)
Experience with billing and ABA task codes
Ability to work closely with our attorneys
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
Experience with a litigation document management system
Communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with civil defense matters and mediations
Experience using ProLaw
Experience working with insurance companies and clients
