What You’ll Do:
• Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Handle probate and estate administration matters
• Represent clients in collections litigation and related proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients, realtors, lenders, and court personnel
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive legal team

Hiring criteria

What We’re Looking For:
• Active license with the South Carolina Bar or pending admission (recent graduates sitting for the bar exam will be considered)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small firm environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
