The associate will be responsible for assisting with case management, scheduling matters, drafting discovery, pleadings, motions, and memoranda, defending depositions, arguing non-dispositive motions, and assisting with other litigation tasks. The firm seeks a candidate who is a self-starter, organized, and interested in developing advocacy skills.
