Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Associate, Counsel or Partner)

Prominent Charleston area law firm with an excellent culture and size is seeking a Litigation Attorney to expand its existing Litigation Practice Group (this firm is open to candidates who are currently in an Associate, Counsel or Partner role). Candidates must have portable business (this firm is flexible on the amount). Ideal candidates will have experience in some or all of these practice areas: construction litigation, real property matters, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosures, quite title actions, title insurance disputes and HOA representation regarding covenant disputes/risk management/etc. Candidates must be able to work independently. Competitive compensation and benefits. Must be currently licensed in South Carolina.
