Job Title: Litigation Associate (Alternate Track)– Greenville, SC

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Greenville office for a non-partnership track litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of general commercial litigation experience. This is a full-time position but affords a more predictable work schedule than a traditional associate position. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Experience with product liability, toxic and mass torts, and personal injury is preferred.
Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
