Job Title: Associate Attorney
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have up to two (2) years of experience, a passion for civil litigation, and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team. This role requires experience in or a commitment to practicing civil litigation, including regular court appearances and motions practice. The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys and engage in a diverse range of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
– Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and motions hearings
– Provide legal advice and guidance to clients with a warm and professional demeanor
– Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various legal issues to support case strategy
– Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, contracts, and agreements
– Maintain regular communication and strong client relationships through effective and regular updates about their legal matters
– Collaborate with senior attorneys on case preparation, trial strategy, and settlement negotiation
– Participate in client consultations and provide guidance based on legal expertise
