The person who will excel in this role enjoys the detail-oriented aspects of property law, figuring out solutions to complicated problems, learning new things, appearing in court, working with people, and collaborating with coworkers. This person communicates clearly and effectively, possesses good computer and research skills, and creates engaging presentations when required.

The firm primarily serves clients in York, Lancaster, and Chester counties and focuses on real estate litigation, land use, eminent domain, and landlord-tenant cases. We use technology to improve client service, reduce the number of in-person client meetings, and resolve cases as efficiently as possible.

The successful candidate must be licensed in South Carolina before beginning work and have some work experience. While not required, North Carolina licensure is a plus. Some experience related to the legal field or real estate is preferred.
