Hiring criteria

Legal research skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have trial advocacy knowledge, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple cases. The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively. Moreover, the candidate must be able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and communities.
