Job Title: Attorney

We’re looking for an associate attorney to assist with a busy criminal defense practice. This involves cases in both misdemeanor and felony courts in Lexington, Columbia and surrounding areas. We will train the correct candidate. There are no hourly billing requirements.

Work hours are generally 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., M-F. This does involve traveling to the various courts our cases are in. Most days will come with one or more court appearances. Requirements include excellent customer service skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to adapt to hearings and various matters being scheduled on short notice (as typical in this practice area), and reliability as far as being on-time and prepared for client meetings and court appearances.
