Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of personal injury cases to ensure adequate settlements that make clients whole.
Litigate cases for maximum settlement judgments.
Take and defend depositions · Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
Maintain heavy communication with clients, opposing counsel and adjusters.
Negotiate settlements as needed, outside of mediation and trial.
Meet weekly to establish goals.
