Demonstrated expertise in:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchasing contracts, leases, financing documents, and other corporate or real estate-related agreements
Reviewing title examinations, title commitments and policies, and surveys
Drafting and responding to title objection letters
Coordinating and conducting closings and managing post-closing documentation
Strong familiarity with land use, zoning, and environmental concerns
