Job Title: Administrative Coordinator/Law Clerk

Under limited supervision, assists the Court of Appeals judge with all aspects of the preparation and research of cases assigned to the judge. Reviews direct appeals and post-conviction relief petitions, and provides legal analysis and recommendations for cases assigned to the judge. Drafts bench memorandum for cases the judge is assigned as author to be circulated to other judges on panel and staff. Peer edits work product of other law clerks in chambers. Drafts proposed opinions and spades and circulates final opinion for cases assigned to the judge as author. Reviews opinions from other chambers and staff attorneys that the judge is assigned to as a panel member. All other duties as assigned.
