Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exposure in family law, strong litigation skills, and a client-centered approach. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful cases while growing within a supportive legal team.

Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.

Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients with empathy and professionalism.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law regulations.

Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys.

Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active bar license in South Carolina.

This is an entry level position. Experience/exposure in family law (preferred but not required).

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work independently.

Compassionate and professional approach to sensitive family law matters.
