Job Title: Associate

We are seeking to hire practicing attorneys to join our trial law firm, with a focus on high-stakes litigation involving medical malpractice, product liability claims, and commercial litigation. This position offers early and substantive involvement in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced trial lawyers defending healthcare providers, hospitals, manufacturers, and other institutional clients in complex, high-exposure cases. Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, preparing expert and fact witnesses, organizing trial exhibits, and attending court hearings, mediations, and trials. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills, a proactive work ethic, and a deliberate interest in developing as a trial lawyer.
