Job Title: Business and Legal Affaris, Compliance Manager

The Business & Legal Affairs, Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing copyright infringement, improper activity, and related matters. Improper activity includes, but is not limited to, infringement, artificial streaming, policy circumvention, and other types of misuse or abuse of systems and content. This role will manage disputes and escalated legal matters and help facilitate and/or conduct investigations as appropriate, while communicating professionally and diplomatically with our clients, Digital Service Providers (DSPs), third party claimants, and other stakeholders regarding these issues. Working alongside our Business & Legal Affairs, Rights Administration Manager, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development of policies and processes, mitigating and/or resolving copyright and improper activity related issues, prioritizing escalated matters, ensuring internal and external compliance with policies and processes, and other related matters as needed.
