Job Title: Litigation Associate

Some law firms promise client service. We deliver on that promise. Butler Snow’s practice areas include the full range of business law and litigation services. We are currently looking to add talented litigation associates in our growing Charleston, South Carolina office.

What you will do:

• Be a strategic part of litigation teams committed to providing excellent representation to our clients;
• Participate in trial preparation;
• Take and defend depositions;
• Prepare and argue motions;
• Research and analyze complex litigation issues

What you bring:

• 1-4 years of litigation experience;
• Experience in taking and defending depositions;
• Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas;
• Excellent writing abilities
