Job Title: Associate Attorney

Holder, Padgett, Littlejohn + Prickett, LLC seeks an associate attorney to join its growing construction and real estate litigation practice in its Greenville, SC office. The attorney will be expected to prepare legal documents including, without limitation, memoranda, correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.

Position is full-time. Competitive salary dependent on experience. Benefits package includes 401(k) with company match, health, dental, vision and life insurance.
