Recruiting for office(s) in: Greenville, SC
Type of organization: Law Firm
Job Title: Junior Associate Attorney (0-2 yrs)
The Melonakos Law Firm is dedicated to helping injured individuals seek justice in South Carolina. We believe in having qualified and experienced personal injury attorneys who will try cases, and at the same time show our clients the compassion they deserve from their legal counsel.
We are hiring for two attorney positions. One position will be for a more experienced attorney, and one position will be for a less experienced attorney (0-2 years). This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenville, SC. The Associate Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, litigating cases, trying cases, negotiating settlements, and handling cases related to personal injury law.
We have amazing support staff and lawyers. Experience in PI or Insurance Defense is not required, but is certainly beneficial. Many personal injury law firms start with a low base pay and an eat what you kill bonus structure which is difficult or scary for younger attorneys. Our base pay is above market with an opportunity to transition to revenue sharing within 1-3 years.
Cover letter and writing samples are appreciated along with your resume, but not required.
