Job Title: Associate Attorney

Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time on-site Associate Attorney with 1–2 years of litigation experience to join our team. The attorney will be responsible for handling various employment law matters from intake to resolution.

Essential functions include:
• Extensive legal writing including drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs
• Attending hearings, arguing motions, and taking depositions
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, employers, and other parties involved in litigation
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Analyze case facts, legal issues, and client objectives to develop and implement effective case strategies
