Job Title: Associate Attorney

The attorney in this role will be responsible for managing multiple cases from initial intake through final resolution. This includes overseeing all aspects of both pre-litigation and litigation. We are seeking a candidate with substantial experience in personal injury law and a proven record of delivering meaningful results for injured clients.

Qualification

Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
Minimum two (2) years of experience handling personal injury and/or workman’s compensation cases as a licensed attorney.
Extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience.
Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
Substantial experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing all types of motions, and handling day-to-day case management.
Ability to work autonomously and with direction from the managing partner.
An individual who is highly ethical, motivated, and will go the extra-mile.
A driven individual who possesses a commitment to continuous learning and career advancement.
Trial experience is preferred.
