Job Title: Assistant Public Defender
Currently there are two Assistant Public Defender positions I am looking for applications for. One of them potentially is for a person interested in representing Juveniles charged with delinquent offenses. The other position of for a person to represent adults charged with Felony Offenses. The Coweta Judicial Circuit encompasses Troup, Coweta and Meriwether Counties. These positions are in Troup and Coweta Counties. Coweta County is located 30 miles south of Atlanta on I 85 and Troup County is located 58 miles south of Atlanta.
