What You’ll Do:
• Manage matters within creditors’ rights, which may include foreclosure, bankruptcy, and/or debt collection cases
• Draft, review, and approve legal pleadings and related documents
• Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and client updates
• Partner with clients to deliver timely and effective legal strategies
• Contribute to special projects and firm initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Member in good standing with the state bar (within our listed states)
• Experience in creditors’ rights or related practice areas is a plus
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
