These special districts constitute local units of special purpose government, creating the unique opportunity to practice in many areas of local government law, including such areas as public finance, contracts, public records, and governing board counsel, all in a private practice setting. QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and Abilities
Ability to competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys
Ability to manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously and to complete tasks efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
