Frost Echols has a challenging and exciting career opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney to assist with case analysis, compliance advice, and litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trials, and appeals. The firm’s ideal candidate will work daily, in office, with various attorneys at our office just South of the Charlotte Metro region. We are looking for someone with strong academic credentials and practical experience in compliance and/or litigation. The position is open to attorneys of various skill levels and experience.
• Analyze and investigate litigation matters
• Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw)
• Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial
• Provide relevant and practical advice to ensure clients comply with applicable laws in an operationally efficient manner
• Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery
• Report to senior attorneys and clients regarding case status
