Job Title: Associate Attorney

Koontz Law, LLC is a law firm located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston. We are currently seeking a full-time, in-house associate to join our firm. All candidates must have passed the Bar and completed their Rule 403 trial experiences. The firm’s primary focus is construction and business litigation, as well as real estate litigation, mechanic’s liens, and other business-related matters. We represent homeowners, homebuilders, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, restaurant owners, and other businesses in the Lowcountry and along the east coast.

Our new associate will be initially responsible for drafting and reviewing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery, as well as participating in depositions and hearings.
